Conservative Party Leader Andrew Scheer on Tuesday announced his party’s plan to make life easier for small-business owners, telling Canadians he’ll create how-to guides for entrepreneurs and cut two regulations for every new regulation introduced.
Scheer said he had a good idea of ‘outdated’ regulations that could be cut, but that once in government he’ll launch a review.
